ANIMO Ltd. respects your privacy and processes personal data fairly and lawfully.
Collected personal data is stored where necessary for issuing accounting, tax, customs, transport and similar documents that must be kept for statutory retention periods.
Processing of personal data. We store data in electronic and written form and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure use in line with the processing purpose.
Electronic messages. When you send us an email or a form with personal data, we use it solely to fulfil your request. We do not share data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service.
Your access to data. You can always request information about the data we hold, as well as request correction or deletion. Send your request to info@animo.hr. We may ask for identity confirmation before acting.
Limitation of liability. Despite applied measures, we cannot guarantee data will never be accidentally disclosed. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damage caused by accidental disclosure.
