Import & export procedures. We prepare and submit declarations, coordinate with the customs office and the carrier, and guide the shipment to release with minimal idle time.

Tariff classification (HS). We determine the correct HS code based on product specs and supporting documents — avoiding under/overpayment and post-clearance corrections.

Origin of goods. Preferential/non-preferential origin, supplier declarations and certificates — set up correctly to benefit from applicable duties.

EORI & Intrastat

EORI. We help you obtain and use the EORI number correctly within procedures and paperwork.

Intrastat. We prepare and file Intrastat reports — complete and on time — keeping your compliance clean.

Documentation & checks

Complete file, zero surprises. We compile commercial invoice, packing list, transport docs (CMR/B/L/AWB), origin proofs, licences and any specific certificates. If an inspection is required, we coordinate the slot and prepare the shipment.

Risk & timeline management

Clarity before arrival. We confirm the procedure, documents and HS in advance, then align the plan with terminal cut-offs and truck/rail/sea/air schedules to reduce dwell time and costs.

Representation

We act as your representative before customs on the basis of a power of attorney and agreed instructions. Communication is concise and status updates are practical — what’s submitted, what’s pending and what’s released.

• Commercial invoice & packing list (with Incoterms and HS if available)
• Transport document (CMR / B/L / AWB)
• Origin proofs (preferential/non-preferential), licences/certificates if applicable
• Power of attorney for representation (we will provide a template)
• Any product specifics affecting HS or restrictions (composition, use, value)
