Warehousing — storage, handling and distribution
Our Rijeka warehouse runs on simple, reliable steps: we receive, record, handle with care and deliver exactly as agreed. The team is hands-on and processes are clear and transparent.
Warehousing services
Customs and non-customs goods. We receive and store both customs and non-customs goods with proper records and full compliance. Each consignment is received by item and quantity, location-tagged and tracked in our system so you always know where it is and in which status.
Storage and safeguarding. We use spaces tailored to different cargo types. We take care of correct stacking, labeling and protection; when needed we separate series or LOTs to speed up future issuing and reduce errors.
Handling & container operations
Loading, unloading and transshipment. Cargo is handled safely and per your instructions. We provide ramps, forklifts and gear; an experienced crew oversees the process. Special requirements (fragile, heavy, oversize) are planned ahead.
Container stripping and stuffing. We prepare a loading plan, use protective materials and secure cargo to standards. Upon completion we commission and, if required, photograph contents for full traceability.
Sorting, repacking and labeling. We sort to spec, repack into agreed packaging and print labels with the required data (barcode, LOT, expiry, series). This shortens distribution prep time and lowers cost on the consignee side.
Location & access
Rijeka, Osječka 47 — right by the bypass. The warehouse sits near the Škurinje exit on Rijeka’s bypass, enabling quick truck access and easy connection to main routes. Loading and unloading can be scheduled to fit your route so trucks wait as little as possible.
Security & monitoring
24/7 CCTV, alarm and physical security. The facility is covered by video surveillance and an alarm system, with a security service present. Access is controlled and every handling step is logged in the system — ensuring full traceability.
Cargo insurance. Goods are insured against theft, fire and natural disasters (earthquake, storm, flood, etc.). Extra coverage can be added for specific shipments or higher values in agreement with the insurer.
Documentation & records
Computer-managed warehouse. We keep electronic records of receipts, issues, stock and movements. Where needed, we prepare warehouse documents (GRNs, delivery notes, recaps) and tailor reports to your format so you always have a clear view of inventory and costs.
Distribution to end users
Planned delivery and feedback. We prepare consignments for distribution on schedule — from single parcels to palletized deliveries. Together with the carrier we arrange pickup and delivery, while you receive status updates showing what’s ready, in transit and delivered.
