What are typical delivery times within the EU?
For road FTL within the EU it’s typically 24–72 hours, depending on the lane and border crossings.
For LTL add ~1 business day due to consolidation. We send the plan and milestone updates up to delivery.
How do you form the transport price?
Price depends on route, cargo type, volume/weight, equipment and timing. Our quote is clear with no hidden fees —
we often provide two options (faster / more economical) so you can choose based on your priority.
What if the shipment is delayed?
We immediately check the status and give you a realistic new ETA. Common reasons are border congestion and weather.
Our focus is quick resolution and timely information.
Can you handle customs procedures as well?
Yes. We are an authorized customs representative — we manage import/export, tariff classification (HS) and origin of goods,
and prepare documentation (including EORI and Intrastat). We coordinate with customs and the carrier to avoid dwell time.
What are the basic documents for importing goods?
Commercial invoice, packing list, transport document (CMR/AWB/B L), proof of origin for preferences (REX/EUR.1/A.TR),
and any permits or certificates. We check correctness and align everything before submission to customs.
How do I avoid customs infringements and extra costs?
Involve us before dispatch. We verify HS classification, origin and documents, and propose a simple compliant procedure.
That reduces delays and unnecessary charges.
Is the warehouse monitored?
Yes. Our warehouse at Osječka 47 (Rijeka) is under 24/7 CCTV and alarm, with physical security.
Access is controlled and every handling step is recorded.
What operations do you perform in the warehouse?
Storage of customs and non-customs goods, loading/unloading, transshipment, container stripping/stuffing,
sorting, repacking, labeling and distribution preparation.
How can I get an overview of stock?
We keep digital records of receipts, issues, stock and movements. By agreement we send periodic recaps or reports
by item codes, batches and projects.
Do you organize door-to-door delivery?
Yes. We run door-to-door deliveries in Croatia and abroad daily. Shipments are tracked and we send status updates through to POD.
Do you handle high-value or sensitive cargo?
Yes. We apply enhanced measures: additional protection, restricted access and cargo insurance.

Can you align packaging and labels with our rules?
We can. We prepare labels and documents in the format your system requires (barcode, LOT, batch, expiry, internal codes)
so receiving and delivery run smoothly.
